1. Cleaning the bottom of the oil tank, although there is a cushion method for oil pumping, cannot guarantee that the oil will be completely pumped out, and there will always be at least 3-5mm thick oil layer left on the surface. Taking a 5000m3 oil tank as an example, approximately 1-1.5t of oil is lost each time.
