QWL worm gear screw liftAlso known as SWL screw lift. It is a basic lifting component that complies with the JB/T8809-1998 (formerly JB/ZQ4391-86) standard. This product can be widely used in various industries such as machinery, metallurgy, construction, chemical, medical, cultural and health. Carrying capacity of 2.5-120T. It has the advantages of compact structure, small volume, light weight, wide power source, low noise, easy installation, flexible use, multiple functions, multiple supporting forms, high reliability, and long service life. It has functions such as lifting, landing, propulsion, and flipping, and can be used alone or in combination. The QWL screw lift can accurately control and adjust the height of lifting or propulsion according to a certain program, which can be directly driven by an electric motor or other power, or manually operated. The maximum input speed is 1500r/min, and the maximum lifting speed is 2.7m/min. There are different structural types and assembly methods, and the height is manufactured according to the user's requirements. This device can be self-locking.

Below are the types, specifications, and representation methods of this screw lift:

1、 Structural type:

Type 1- Axial movement of screw rod

Type 2- The screw rotates and the nut moves axially.

2、 Assembly type:

Type A - The screw (or nut) moves upwards;

B-type - screw (or nut) moves downwards

3、 Screw head type:

——The screw head of Type 1 structural type is divided into four types: Type I (cylindrical type), Type II (flange type), Type III (threaded type), and Type IV (flat head type);

——The screw head of Type 2 structural type is divided into two types: Type I (cylindrical type) and Type III (threaded type).

4、 Transmission ratio

Elevators are divided into two transmission ratios, namely normal (P) and slow (M).

5、 Enhance carrying capacity:

There are seven types: 2.5, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, and 35 (x10KN).

6、 Protection of screw rod:

The protection of type 1 elevator screw is divided into: basic type, anti rotation transformation (F), and protective cover type (Z);

The protection of type 2 elevator screws is divided into basic type and shielded type.

SWL screw lift instructions:

1. When the pressure load of the SWL screw lift decreases, the lifting height can also increase accordingly;

2. When increasing different loads, the allowable torque, power, and speed are also different, and the maximum power for different operating durations is also different;

3. Type 1 structure adopts grease lubrication, and lubricant should be replenished in a timely manner as the temperature increases;

4. Lubricants should be replaced in a timely manner during work;

Calculation of lifting speed for SWL screw lift:

Usually, SWL screw elevators have two speeds, fast and slow, which are determined by the worm gear transmission ratio.

QWL screw lift can be widely used in heavy pressure clamping devices, lifting platforms, flipping devices, and plastic processing machines in mechanical processing; Installation and maintenance of climbing ladders and tool lifting frames, as well as locomotive maintenance lifting platforms; Adjustment of clearance between rolling mill tracks, adjustment of transportation position of pipes or plates; Casting molds or concrete shapes; Used for adjusting electrodes and hot liquid casting in smelting; Templates for mobile devices and composite products in architecture, including adjustable windows, walls, and enclosures; In terms of cultural hygiene, the stage can be raised and lowered, the height of the swimming pool floor can be adjusted, and the height of the operating table can be adjusted; Gates and protective plates used in water conservancy for reservoirs; Used in scientific research for sports that cannot be adjusted manually.
