QWL worm gear screw liftAlso known as SWL screw lift. It is a basic lifting component that complies with the JB/T8809-1998 (formerly JB/ZQ4391-86) standard. This product can be widely used in various industries such as machinery, metallurgy, construction, chemical, medical, cultural and health. Carrying capacity of 2.5-120T. It has the advantages of compact structure, small volume, light weight, wide power source, low noise, easy installation, flexible use, multiple functions, multiple supporting forms, high reliability, and long service life. 1、 Structural type:
Type 1- Axial movement of screw rod
Type 2- The screw rotates and the nut moves axially.
2、 Assembly type:
Type A - The screw (or nut) moves upwards;
B-type - screw (or nut) moves downwards
3、 Screw head type:

SWL screw lift instructions:
1. When the pressure load of the SWL screw lift decreases, the lifting height can also increase accordingly;
2. When increasing different loads, the allowable torque, power, and speed are also different, and the maximum power for different operating durations is also different;
3. Type 1 structure adopts grease lubrication, and lubricant should be replenished in a timely manner as the temperature increases;
4. Lubricants should be replaced in a timely manner during work;
