1、 Application of fluorescence microscope
The upright fluorescence microscope consists of an epifluorescence microscopy system and a reflection microscopy system, equipped with an infinitely long working distance flat field objective lens and a large field eyepiece. The rotating swing in swing out spotlight system has a long working distance and can perform phase contrast observation. The falling fluorescence microscopy system adopts a modular design concept, which can safely and quickly adjust the illumination system and switch the fluorescence filter components. The product can be applied to the microscopic observation of cellular tissues and transparent liquid tissues. It can be widely used in scientific research, university experiments, rubber and plastic production, polymer observation, luminescent material research, staining observation, and fluorescence microscopy observation in the field of structural analysis.
2、 Introduction to Digital Imaging Systems
The upright fluorescence microscope WMF-3300 can be extended to connect to a computer (WMF-3300C is a computer-based fluorescence microscope), or a digital DSLR camera (WMF-3300D is a digital fluorescence microscope). The WMF-3300 fluorescence microscope combines traditional optical microscopes with computers (digital cameras) through photoelectric conversion. It can not only perform microscopic observations on the eyepiece, but also observe real-time dynamic images on the computer (digital camera) display screen, and edit, save, and print the required images.
