4. Main functions:
Once connected, the computer automatically tests.
Dynamically simulate the detection process and display real-time detection data.
The threshold for judgment can be manually inputted and stored.
Each testing item is tested separately.
Computers record and store test data; Can be connected to the production line switchboard data; Scan the barcode and enter the product number.
5. Basic configuration
The detection cabinet adopts a combination cabinet with a workbench, with a surface sprayed with plastic. The cabinet is ventilated and rodent proof.
Protection during testing, insulation protection of the workbench to ensure the safety of testing personnel.
The three-phase wiring port of the workstation should be as short as possible to avoid affecting the motor resistance test results
5、 Installation and debugging

4. Debugging deadline:
The debugging period shall be calculated from the official start of debugging when Party B arrives at Party A's site, and the debugging period shall not exceed 3 working days. Cannot affect the progress and output plan of batch trial production.
6、 Technical training
Free 2-day training for operation and technical personnel, including equipment operation, typical equipment problem solving, equipment maintenance and upkeep. Corresponding appointment training can be added in the future.
7、 Acceptance steps
Both parties shall form an acceptance team to jointly conduct the acceptance, and sign the acceptance report after passing the acceptance; If the quality is found to be unqualified or the model, specifications, quantity, etc. do not match the delivery list during the acceptance process, the supplier should replace or make up for it and bear the responsibility for any resulting issues.

5. Acceptance deadline:
After the equipment is debugged and runs stably, a trial run of 20pcs, 50pcs, and 100pcs will be conducted. After the statistical data is qualified, the equipment will be accepted.
