1、 Instrument Overview
This instrument is a mechanical pointer rotary viscometer that can measure the viscous resistance and dynamic viscosity of liquids over a large range. It can be widely used to measure the viscosity of various fluids such as oils, paints, plastics, food, drugs, adhesives, etc.
2、 Main technical features
1. Using a synchronous motor to rotate at a stable speed, connected to a dial, and then driven by a balance spring and shaft to rotate the rotor.
2. Adopting a gear system and clutch for variable speed, operated by a dedicated rotary knob, with four speed settings that can be selected according to measurement needs.
3. Comes with four types of rotors from 1 to 4, which can be used in conjunction with the speed according to the viscosity of the measured liquid.
4. Equipped with a pointer fixed control device (pointer control rod), it is easy to read accurate readings when the speed is fast.
