The S series reducer adopts a worm gear and a pair of helical gears as the reduction transmission system, with two-stage transmission and spatially staggered input and output.

The gears and worm gears have undergone carburizing and quenching treatment, with a hardness of HRC58~62 and a hardened layer depth of 0.2-2mm, uniformly hardened. The worm gear material is ZCuSn12Ni2, and centrifugal casting technology is used.

Widely used in industries such as petroleum, metallurgy, mining, lifting, transportation, cement, construction, chemical, textile, printing and dyeing, pharmaceuticals, food, environmental protection, etc.
