The SCG series long-distance high-temperature material vibration conveyor is suitable for conveying various powder, granular, block, and mixed materials with temperatures below 300 ℃. The SCG series long-distance vibration conveyor is a highly versatile and structurally advanced high-temperature material vibration conveying equipment. The conveying distance is up to 20m and can be used in multiple units. The conveying capacity can reach 500t/h and can transport both hot and cold materials.

The SCG series long-distance high-temperature material vibration conveyor is widely used in industries such as building materials, metallurgy, chemical engineering, mining, machinery manufacturing, coal, tobacco, grain, and medicine. Mainly used for conveying materials such as powder, granular, block, and their mixtures. For example, the transportation of raw materials, intermediate semi-finished products, and finished products in the cement industry, the transportation of solid raw materials and semi-finished products in the chemical industry, the transportation of ores, concentrates, and tailings in the mining industry, and so on. It is a highly versatile and structurally advanced vibration conveying equipment.

Working principle of SCG vibrating conveyor:


The SCG series long-distance vibration conveyor uses two vibration motors as excitation sources, and applies the principle of self synchronization. The two vibration motors rotate in reverse, causing the bottom balance frame of the conveyor to produce reciprocating vibration. Through the action of the main vibration spring and guide plate spring, the upper conveyor groove is driven to vibrate, thereby achieving the purpose of conveying materials. There are two types of SCG long-distance vibration conveyors: open and closed. The cross-section of the material trough can be made into various forms such as circular, rectangular, and trapezoidal. The feeding and discharging of the material trough can also be made into various types such as one point feeding, one point discharging, one point feeding, multi-point discharging, multi-point feeding, and one point discharging as needed. When the conveying distance is long, multiple conveyors can be connected to transport. The SCG long-distance vibration conveyor material trough is supported by rubber springs or steel springs, and relies on the self synchronous operation of two vibration motors fixed on the material trough to generate linear vibration.

Installation, maintenance and use of SCG vibrating conveyor:


1. Basic requirements:

(1) The chassis and trough of the vibrating conveyor must be installed straight, and it is recommended that their straightness be within 10 meters and not exceed 5-8 millimeters in length. Excessive bending of the chassis and trough can cause significant installation stress, which can lead to early damage to these components.

(2) In order to meet the above requirements, the lower surface of the isolation spring should have a similar elevation, with a tolerance of no more than 5-8 millimeters.

(3) The installation angle of the guide rod of the vibrating conveyor should be close to the same, and the shear spring should be perpendicular to the guide rod. The allowable deviation of its installation angle from its nominal position is+-1.

(4) The transmission shaft should be perpendicular to the centerline of the groove, and the two transmission links should be parallel to each other without excessive tilting. The installation angle tolerance is+-1. After installation, the transmission shaft should rotate flexibly and can be moved by hand for more than 360 degrees.

(5) All screws of the vibrating conveyor should be tightened, usually with spring washers, or double nuts can be used for locking. Otherwise, the bolts will quickly loosen, affecting the normal operation of the machine.

2. Installation sequence of vibration conveyor

(1) Measure the elevation of each isolation spring support point, or draw a horizontal line on nearby walls.

(2) Raise and level the chassis.

(3) Support the tank on the chassis and level it.

(4) Install vibration isolation springs and spring base plates under the chassis.

(5) Weld or screw the guide rod and shear rubber spring onto the groove and chassis.

(6) Install the transmission shaft components and electric motor, and weld the excitation plate.

(7) Lower the machine, weld the feeding and discharging ports, install the sealing sleeve, and secure the cover plates at both ends.


SCG series vibration conveyor maintenance:


1. Types and contents of maintenance for SCG series long-distance vibrating conveyors; It should be inspected weekly, monthly, semi annual, annual, etc. The specific situation is as follows:

(1) Weekly inspection should check whether the connecting rod spring compression nut is loose, whether the compression amount is appropriate, whether the belt is tight, how the counterweight is tightened, whether the sealing sleeve is broken, leaking dust, etc.

(2) Monthly inspection, check if the V-belt is damaged, and cut the spring. Whether the isolation spring is broken, whether there are cracks at the welding joint, and whether there is sufficient lubricating oil on the transmission shaft.

(3) Half year inspection, carefully inspect the welds of each part, open the transmission shaft and bearing cover, check the working condition and wear of the bearings, and inspect the rubber springs for aging and cracks.

(4) Annual inspection, conduct maintenance on the transmission parts once a year, replace damaged springs, check the wear of the groove body and material port, and if necessary, perform partial replacement or maintenance.
