STIM210 is a cluster of 1, 2 or 3 high accuracy MEMSbased gyros in a miniature package. Any configurationof axes can be provided. Each axis is factory-calibratedfor bias, sensitivity and compensated for temperatureeffects to provide high-accuracy measurements in thetemperature range -40°C to +85°C. The unit runs off asingle +5V supply.
