This concentrator is suitable for the concentration of liquid materials such as traditional Chinese medicine, western medicine, glucose, starch, monosodium glutamate, food, chemical industry, etc., especially for low-temperature vacuum concentration of thermosensitive substances.

1. This concentrator is designed, manufactured, and inspected strictly in accordance with the "External Heating Three Effect Evaporator for Traditional Chinese Medicine" (GB155773-1995), and meets the requirements of the relevant equipment provisions in the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) of the Ministry of Health. The parts in contact with the material are made of SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel.
2. Each heating chamber tube, condenser tube, and intermediate connecting pipeline adopts ISO standard internal and external polished mirror surface tubes to ensure smooth material flow, no blockage, no coking or blockage in the heating chamber, reduce scaling and cleaning frequency, and improve production efficiency.
3. The surfaces of each heating chamber and evaporation chamber have rounded corners and no dead corners, and the welds are polished to Ra ≤ 0.4um. Especially, the position and orientation of the material inlet opening in the evaporation chamber are strictly calculated to ensure that the material in the evaporation cycle rotates and enters the evaporation chamber by centrifugal rotation, and then spirals down along the surface of the evaporation chamber without gravity settling, thereby ensuring the improvement of evaporation capacity.
4. This concentrator adopts external heating natural circulation and negative pressure evaporation methods, which have fast evaporation speed, high concentration ratio, and sealed paste collection.
5. This concentrator adopts three effect simultaneous evaporation, and the secondary steam is repeatedly used, which not only saves boiler investment but also saves energy consumption. Compared with other concentrators, the energy consumption is reduced by 70%, and the entire investment of this concentrator can be recovered from energy-saving costs in less than a year (compared with single effect).
