Installation, use, precautions, and maintenance
1. Before installation, the foundation of this pump should be prepared based on the selected pump type, shape, and installation dimensions. During installation, according to the requirements of the pipeline position, the installation location should be as convenient as possible for management and maintenance.
2. If the installation position of the pump body is higher than the liquid level, a filling device must be attached.
3. Before starting the pump, fill the pump body with liquid before driving. It is strictly prohibited to operate or reverse without a medium, otherwise the mechanical seal may be damaged due to the lack of liquid cooling in the pump body.
4. When parking, the liquid pipe valve should be closed to avoid liquid backflow.
5. Regularly check and ensure that the motor current value does not exceed the rated current of the motor.
6. Pay attention to regular maintenance and regularly check if the pump runs smoothly. Check for any abnormal vibrations and replace the elastic block carefully. Add lubricating oil to the bearings according to the oil gauge, and regularly replace the lubricating oil in the frame (usually every three months).
