Scope of Application

This device can be widely used in grain storage and food processing enterprises, continuously removing light impurities from raw grains, while also having a certain cleaning effect on large impurities and small mud and sand in grains. Can be used in conjunction with the 50 type bulk conveyor belt.

main structure

The equipment is fixed on the rack at the discharge end of the conveyor. The right side of the feed inlet is the impurity settling chamber, and a waste discharge winch is installed below the settling chamber. The left side is the grain passage, and a long sliding screen is installed below the grain passage. Fine sand and gravel are discharged through the fine impurity outlet through the sliding screen. The upper left part of the grain passage is the fan, and the inlet of the fan is fed into the fan through the cyclone in the settling chamber through the suction duct. The outlet of the fan is fed into the grain passage through the outlet duct, forming a circulating air system, which not only realizes the suction and blowing of impurities in the grain, but also minimizes the outward lifting of dust.
