Greenough Optical System
The 10 degree convergence angle in Greenough optical systems ensures excellent image flatness at large depth of field. Careful selection of lens surface coatings and glass materials for the overall optical system can obtain raw and authentic color observation and recording specimens. The V-shaped light path makes it possible for a slim zoom body - especially suitable for integration into other devices or standalone use.
Wide zoom ratio
The zoom ratio of SZ61 is 6.7:1, which can expand the magnification range from 6.7x to 45x (when using a 10x eyepiece), and achieve smooth macro micro zoom, thereby speeding up conventional workflows. The zoom ratio of SZ51 is 5:1, which can achieve a magnification of 8x to 40x (when using a 10x eyepiece).

An appropriate inward angle can perfectly combine high flatness and depth of field for 3D observation. Even thick specimens can be focused from top to bottom for convenient and faster examination.

LED lighting
The universal reflective/transmissive LED lighting base embodies all the advantages of LED technology. Flat high brightness LEDs can successfully integrate transmissive lighting into a thin base, making it convenient for sample retrieval, placement, and operation.

Both the mirror body and main accessories can be quickly eliminated from static electricity using anti-static materials and coatings. Therefore, it can prevent the specimen under observation from being damaged by static electricity.
Selection of high-performance mirror body
The SZ61 and SZ51 zoom lenses offer two different magnifications, each with an ergonomic design featuring a 45 degree tilted barrel as the standard model. For special applications that require tilting the zoom lens body for use with other universal mount devices, the built-in model with a 60 degree tilt angle tube can be chosen. For ease of recording, you can also choose the three lens barrel model for quick installation of digital cameras.
