Excellent optical performance and natural field of view
SZX10 can provide a natural view of the sample with excellent stereoscopic and color expression. The DFPlan series combines high numerical aperture resolution and work comfort with a "distortion free" optical design, enabling particularly flat imaging and providing a 2x objective with a numerical aperture of 0.2 for high-resolution imaging of 600 line pairs per millimeter.
10: 1. Wide zoom ratio
The 1x objective of SZX10 can cover a magnification range from 6.3x to 63x, while the 2x objective can provide up to 123x magnification. For life science applications that require both low magnification macroscopic field of view for dissection and specimen processing, as well as clear and high magnification field of view for close observation of cell structure, its 10:1 wide zoom ratio multifunctionality becomes an ideal choice for such applications.
Digital Imaging and Archiving
The SZX10 can also be equipped with a three lens barrel and an Olympus DP series digital camera for high-resolution imaging and research archiving. The DP series cameras can provide high sensitivity for various applications, including high-sensitivity fluorescence imaging, and can be easily controlled using Olympus cellSens software.

SZX2-ILLTQ/SZX2-ILLTS
The new LED transmissive lighting base designed with a slim 41.5mm thickness is approximately half the thickness of the previous halogen transmissive lighting base. It has a lower height, allowing for a lower eye point and easy access to samples installed on the base during observation and operation. The LED lighting base SZX2-ILLTQ with a four hole rotating wheel allows users to simply turn it to select the lighting box and switch between bright field (standard/high/low), tilt (standard/high/low), dark field, polarized lighting, and shutter. Alternatively, a single hole LED lighting base (SZX2-ILLTS) can also be selected. This feature makes SZX16 a versatile microscope suitable for various sample and observation tasks. Another advantage of LED lighting is that the base surface is relatively cold, making it suitable for long-term processing of living specimens. The power consumption is lower than traditional 30W halogen lamp light sources. Its lifespan of over 60000 hours can significantly reduce operating costs.
