This product adopts the principle of forced hot air convection heat transfer. The hot air is sprayed onto the surface of the sand mold (core) through a nozzle array, and can be uniformly heated and dried on both deep cavities and complex surfaces. The drying time is short and the sand mold absorbs less heat. The system adopts circulating hot air and is equipped with an exhaust device to maintain constant humidity inside the furnace. The heating device is set outside the furnace to prevent the furnace from accumulating heat due to radiation, and to avoid high temperature damage to the resin film of the sand mold (core) due to excessive furnace temperature, which reduces the strength of the sand mold (core).
