1. Tower body:
The surface of the tower is treated with corrosion-resistant and water-resistant resin, and the middle position is composed of multiple layers of composite laminates made of alkali free and wax free glass cloth and unsaturated polyester resin according to different requirements, with the number of layers determined by thickness requirements.
The outer surface of the tower is coated with water-resistant and anti-aging adhesive resin as the aging surface layer, and alkali free, wax free, and untwisted checkered fine cloth is used as the aging filter layer between the middle layer (strength layer) and the inner and outer surfaces.
The tower body can be manufactured in sections according to the ordering requirements, and bonded or connected with flanges on site.

1. Adsorption process: Due to the presence of unbalanced and unsaturated molecular gravity or chemical bonding forces on the solid surface, when the solid surface comes into contact with gas, it can attract gas molecules, causing them to concentrate and remain on the solid surface. This phenomenon is called adsorption. By utilizing the adsorption capacity of solid surfaces, the exhaust gas is brought into contact with porous solid substances on a large surface, and pollutants in the exhaust gas are adsorbed on the solid surface, separating them from the gas mixture and achieving purification purposes. After removing small suspended particles through an air filter, the exhaust gas enters the top of the adsorption tank and is adsorbed by activated carbon inside the tank to remove harmful components. The purified gas that meets emission standards is then discharged outdoors through a fan.
2. Desorption process: Activated carbon can desorb after adsorbing solvents for a period of time. Steam is sprayed from the bottom of the tower to evaporate the solvent adsorbed in the activated carbon, which is then condensed into a liquid through a condenser and enters the separation cylinder for solvent separation and recovery. The residual liquid is then sent to the aeration cylinder and discharged after aeration.
