Filter section

The SJY3-5 disc filter adopts advanced disc filtration principle, using the intersection points of groove patterns between adjacent discs to intercept solid particles. It is composed of 5 sets of 3-inch filter heads connected by DN200 stainless steel pipes, and the 5 sets of filter heads are connected in parallel during operation. Under the pressure of water pressure and spring, the filter disc of the filter element is compressed, and water enters from the end face of the disc. The particles and impurities in the water are intercepted by the compressed disc, thus playing a filtering role. During backwashing, one of the inlet valves is closed and the drain valve is opened. Part of the water from the other four filter units flows in the opposite direction into this filter unit. Under the backwashing water pressure, the filter cartridge disc is released, and the backwashing water rushes towards the filter disc in the tangential direction, causing the disc to rotate at high speed. The debris trapped on the disc is separated from the disc by the combined action of centrifugal force and water flow, and discharged with the backwashing water. The flushing process only takes a few seconds. The backwash is quite thorough. After one filter head is backwashed, then backwash the other groups in sequence.

The filter disc in this device adopts a disc filter with a filtration accuracy of 100m.

Control section

The start of filter backwashing is controlled by both time and pressure difference, and the setting of working time and backwashing time can be adjusted on site. When the pressure difference or time reaches the set value, the controller starts backwashing one by one in a certain order, and immediately puts it into use after cleaning. The controller is equipped with a forced backwash function, and manual control of each filter head is achieved by adjusting the manual control button on the solenoid valve.
