working principle:

After entering the heating device through the filter, the ambient air enters the hot air distributor at the top of the drying chamber, and the hot air enters the drying chamber uniformly in a spiral shape. At the same time, the material liquid is pumped by the feed pump to the centrifugal atomizer at the top of the drying chamber, causing the material liquid to spray into extremely small mist droplets, greatly increasing the surface area of the material in contact with hot air, rapidly evaporating moisture, and drying into powdered products in a very short period of time.
