2、 Box structure:
1. Both the inner and outer shells are made of flame-retardant 8mm PP plastic plates, which are molded through a special mold after high-temperature softening and cooling. The corners are bent in a high-temperature arc shape, and the joints between the plates are milled into a 90 degree right angle. Then, the plastic welding wire is melted by a high-temperature welding gun to fill the gaps. After cooling, the welds are more firm, and the joints of the entire box are smooth and flat. The box structure is compact, and the appearance is shiny.
2. The spray mode of this equipment is a baffle type spray tower. The spray is guided by the tower tube, and then dispersed to the interior of the laboratory through a conical diffuser. The fog diffuses evenly and settles freely in the test chamber.
3. The brine before spray is injected into the preheating tank through the brine storage tank, preheated, and then led into the spray tower. The temperature fluctuation of the studio after constant temperature is smaller. The storage container adopts a hidden water level gauge, which is easy to clean and not easy to break.
4. The temperature inside this series of test chambers is heated by bottom water, making the temperature inside the chamber more uniform and stable.
The heating element adopts titanium heating tube, which is salt resistant, corrosion-resistant, and has a long service life.
5. The top of the box adopts a 110 º angle to ensure that condensed water does not drip onto the specimen, and the box is equipped with pressure balance holes and condensate discharge holes.
