Structure of packing free spray cooling tower
1. The packless spray cooling tower uses high-efficiency low-pressure centrifugal atomization device (nozzle pressure: 0.035MPa) as the cooling element, replacing the traditional packing and water distribution device of the packed tower, making the whole tower almost an empty tower and greatly simplifying the structure
2. After the packing and water distribution devices are removed from the packless spray cooling tower, the atomization device is installed above the air inlet duct. The spray direction of water is in the same direction as the cold air pumped by the axial flow fan. At the same time, the water has two processes: rising and falling. The cooling also has two processes: forward flow cooling and counter flow cooling.
3. The packless spray cooling tower sprays water into mist through the atomization device to make the tiny particles of air and water contact evenly, while the packed tower distributes water on the packing through the water distribution nozzle to contact the cold air in film form.
