PP melt blown filter cartridge is made of polypropylene ultrafine fibers that are hot-melt entangled without using any chemical adhesives. The fibers randomly self bond in space to form a three-dimensional microporous structure on the surface, integrating deep filtration and precision filtration

A deep filtration structure with gradually changing pore sizes from outer to inner, effectively removing suspended solids, particles, rust, and other impurities from flowing liquids

The bridging phenomenon occurs in the pores of the melt blown filter element, allowing particles smaller than the pores to be intercepted, with an effective filtration accuracy of over 99%
