After the forklift places the empty pallet on the conveyor, the left and right mechanism cylinders of the horizontal insertion plate move to insert the second pallet at the bottom, and then the lifting cylinder rises to lift the second and above pallets. The bottom pallet is conveyed out. At this time, the first pallet is supplied to the stack, and the lifting cylinder lowers the remaining pallets again to place on the conveying surface. The left and right mechanism cylinders of the horizontal insertion plate move out, and the lifting cylinder rises again to insert the second pallet. The lifting cylinder rises again until it separates from the bottom pallet, and the conveying starts. The conveyor line transports this pallet out, and the above actions are repeated to supply all pallets before supplying the next stack of pallets. The supply stack palletizer is a product that places items on the supply stack machine and uses induction through a conveyor belt to push and stack them one by one through the palletizer. It is commonly used on factory assembly lines.
