Test steps for stone crushing value meter:

1. Place the sample on the base plate.

2. Pour the sample obtained above into the test tube in three batches (with roughly the same quantity each time), level the surface of the sample each time, and use a metal rod to compact it 25 times according to the above steps. The upper surface should be carefully leveled.

3. Place the pressure column into the test cylinder, be careful to keep it flat, and do not wedge or squeeze the wall of the test cylinder.

4. The experiment started with a total load of 400KN in about 10 minutes, stabilized for 5 seconds, and then unloaded.

5. Screen all the crushed samples using a 2.36MM sieve, which can be divided into several screenings, all until there is no obvious sieving within 1 minute.

6. Weigh the total fine aggregate mass M1 passing through the 2.36MM sieve.

1. Sift with 13.2mm and 9.5mm standards, and take 3 groups of samples weighing 3KG each from 9.5-13.2mm for testing purposes. The sample should be made of air dried stone. When heating and drying is required, the oven temperature should not exceed 100 ℃, and the drying time should not exceed 4 hours. Before the experiment, the materials should be cooled to room temperature.

2. The quantity of stone materials for each test should meet the requirement that the depth of the stone materials in the test cylinder after compaction is 10CM according to the following method. The method of determining the stone materials in the metal cylinder is to pour the stone materials into the test cylinder in three layers, with approximately the same quantity for each layer; Each layer is free to fall from a height of about 50MM on the surface of the stone material using a hemispherical surface of a metal rod, and is uniformly compacted 25 times; Use a metal rod as a straight scraper to smooth the surface; Weigh the mass M0 of the sample in the measuring cylinder. Conduct parallel tests on the crushing values of samples of the same mass.
