The working principle of the suction machine is a vacuum conveyor that uses a vacuum generator as a vacuum source. The material is automatically placed into the receiving equipment (such as tablet press, packaging machine, etc.) through the discharge door. At the same time, the compressed air stored in the air bag is blown back into the filter, and the filter is automatically cleaned; After a certain period of time (adjustable discharge time), the compressed air restarts, the pneumatic vacuum pump generates vacuum, the discharge door closes, and the vacuum feeder feeds again, repeating the cycle, and the material is continuously fed into the receiving equipment.

　　

The suction machine for material level control automatically feeds the material in the hopper of the receiving equipment through a level gauge. When the hopper of the receiving equipment is higher than a certain position, the suction machine stops operating and enters standby mode; When the material level is lower than a certain position, the vacuum feeder automatically starts to complete the feeding of the receiving equipment.
