The suction equipment forms an airflow under vacuum, and the material being transported under this airflow is instantly transported to another container through the suction hose or tube. Due to the fact that the material is always in a vacuum state during the conveying process, even if there is a leak in the conveying pipeline, the material will not leak into the surrounding environment.

　　

Its working method

　　

1. The pneumatic controller controls the vacuum pump B2 to start, generating a vacuum in the separation chamber, quickly sending air and materials from A (feeding position), through hoses or pipes from B1 (suction port) into B4 (vacuum conveying equipment), thus achieving the purpose of conveying materials.

　　

2. The air and materials are separated in the separation bin by B3 (filter cartridge), and the transported bulk materials are retained and collected in the separation bin. When transporting fine dust, its unique cyclone dust collector can achieve good results.

4. When discharging, the pneumatic controller automatically controls the recoil airbag to blow the filter cartridge of the filter compartment, so that it can be cleaned and regenerated for use. The continuous suction machine of Dongguan Tiantian Automation uses a vacuum pump to extract air from the vacuum hopper, creating strong negative pressure inside the hopper and forming a negative pressure airflow. The powder material is sucked into the vacuum hopper through the suction tube along with the air, and the filter inside the vacuum hopper effectively prevents dust and small particles from being extracted with the air. In this process, the pressure storage tank next to the vacuum hopper is filled with a certain pressure of air. The air in the pressure storage tank will be released in an instant pulse, and each filter will be individually backwashed in batches to blow off the material adsorbed on the filter element, so that the filter element can maintain its normal filtration area without affecting production. Continuously backwash each filter element separately to ensure good filtration effect.

　　

When the system starts running, the unloader below the vacuum hopper starts working, continuously dropping the powder material. In order to prevent the powder from accumulating and falling easily in the vacuum hopper, a high-frequency oscillator is installed below the vacuum hopper to ensure smooth powder dropping. Through the level control of the level gauge, when the material in the vacuum hopper is too high, the suction is automatically paused, and when the level drops, the feeding is automatically started.
