1、 Introduction to TFD-02 High Strength Wind Bag

As one of the specialized products for meteorological observation of wind direction, TFD-02 high-strength wind direction bag consists of four parts: fabric waterproof wind direction bag, high-quality stainless steel bearing wind system, stainless steel wind rod, and base. The fabric wind bag is made of imported thick fabric/PVC fabric/nylon fabric and other lightweight high-strength waterproof fabrics. With five reflective strips, it is more beautiful and eye-catching. Fluorescent strips can also be used, visible at night. The stainless steel bearing pneumatic system has the advantages of high flexibility and long service life. It consists of stainless steel main shaft, stainless steel pneumatic shaft, double imported high-quality bearings, waterproof components, etc. It has the advantages of high precision, low wind resistance, low starting wind speed, high reliability, and long service life. The product is easy to install and convenient to transport.

4、 Installation diagram

1. First, cover the air bag with a stainless steel ring.

2. Then fix the steel ring opening of the windbag downward on the moving rod with ø 4 * 25mm.

3. Install the support plate as shown in the following figure.

4. Insert the moving rod into the bracket and fix it with ø 4 * 25mm screws.

5. Fix the bracket onto the base.

5、 Installation Guide

1. Installation location selection:

This product is suitable for installation on the flat roof of buildings or on the flat surface of iron towers. The surrounding area should be relatively open and easy for ground personnel to observe.

2. Installation:

The cement floor is fixed to the base with expansion bolts of Φ 8 × 80mm; Fix the base of the iron tower with screws at the plane; Install the main pole and base in place.

3. Attention:

The main pole should be installed perpendicular to the ground. If the installation site has a steep slope, a 300 × 300mm cement platform should be cast first for installation. If there is only a small angle of inclination, it can be adjusted by adding washers at the bottom of the base.

4. Lightning protection measures:

If at a high place, the base should be securely connected to the lightning rod and lightning strip.
