The TP type planar enveloping toroidal worm gear reducer (JB/T9051-1991) is a planar primary enveloping worm gear reducer transmission. Center distance: 100, 125, 160, 200, 250, 315, 400, 500. Speed ratios: 10, 12.5, 16, 20, 25, 31.5, 40, 50, 60. Flat ring enveloping worm gear reducer is an emerging transmission device with high load-bearing capacity, high transmission efficiency, compact and reasonable structure. This type of worm gear reducer can be widely used in various transmission machinery, such as metallurgy, mining, lifting, chemical, construction, rubber, shipbuilding and other industries, as well as other mechanical equipment. It is suitable for working environments with temperatures ranging from -40 ℃ to+40 ℃, input shaft speed not exceeding 1500 revolutions per minute, and worm shaft can rotate in both directions. This reducer is designed and manufactured in accordance with the mechanical industry standard JB/T9051-1999 "Flat enveloping toroidal worm gear reducer" of the People's Republic of China.
