By combining excellent print head printing technology with high-speed processors and upgraded firmware, the MH240 series presents the best printing quality. TSC's "Thermal Smart Control" print head control printing technology can track and calculate the appropriate heating time interval for each pixel, allowing the print head to be uniformly heated during each printing of small or large quantities of labels, thereby providing clear and high-quality barcode printing.

Color operated smart screen
The MH240 series includes a 4.3-inch color touch panel and six operation buttons, making it more user-friendly and convenient to operate. For example, label calibration can be completed with just one click, the menu directory can be customized, and a safety management mechanism is provided to prevent staff from accidentally touching and affecting printer operation.

Multiple resolutions provide diverse printing options
The MH240 series can be printed in various label formats, including medical drug labeling, electronic product labeling, jewelry labeling, logistics and transportation labeling, etc. This series includes a total of 9 models, including the MH240/MH240T/MH240P model with a maximum printing speed of 14 inches per second at 203 dpi, the MH340/MH340T/MH340P model with a maximum printing speed of 12 inches per second at 300 dpi, and the MH640/MH640T/MH640P model with a high resolution of 600 dpi. These models are suitable for high-density two-dimensional barcodes, graphics, small fonts, or other graphic labels with ultra-high resolution printing requirements.

The MH240 series features a solid and sturdy aluminum alloy cast printing body design, with high durability and excellent stability, suitable for various harsh working environments. It also includes an 8.2-inch outer diameter consumable capacity and a 600 foot carbon ribbon capacity, meeting a large number of printing needs.

Standard roll label rewinding module
MH240P/MH340P/MH640P have built-in full roll label (outer roll) rewinding module, supporting 3-inch axis label recycling function to improve work efficiency.
