The castings are all made using resin sand molding low stress casting technology, and the material of the castings isHT250High strength and high-quality cast iron, all castings undergo secondary aging treatment such as thermal aging and vibration aging to fully eliminate internal stress in the castings. 1.4The contact surface between the crossbeam and the column, as well as the sliding plate of the crossbeam, the sliding plate of the column, and the guide rail surface of the worktable, are all finely scraped manually to ensure the accuracy of sliding fit.
1.5This machine tool is suitable for high-speed steel and hard alloy disc milling cutters, bar milling cutters and other cutting tools, and can process various workpieces of black metals, non-ferrous metals and some non-metallic materials.
