1、 Technical requirements and parameters

2. Basic specifications of the equipment
2.1 Mechanical part
2.1.1 The equipment shall be painted according to the color palette provided by the manufacturer.
2.1.2 In order to facilitate maintenance and upkeep of the equipment, the safety cover that is frequently opened and closed can be easily removed.
2.2 Electrical System
2.2.1 The safety performance of the entire electrical system complies with the national standards of the People's Republic of China.
2.2.2 Industrial computers should be used.
2.2.3 The system should be able to simultaneously store measurement benchmark data for stator coils, with a seed selection interface that facilitates the selection of models for testing. The main testing interface can be used for stator parameter settings, inter turn standard testing, and test parameter settings, and can be saved for a long time.
2.2.4 The equipment should be equipped with a heat dissipation device.
2.2.5 The communication interface adopts the RS-232 standard.
2.2.6 Equipment operation status signal light

5. Simultaneous testing of functions at two workstations
The testing fixture board and pneumatic kit for the semi-automatic reactor production line have been installed by Party A. The second party is responsible for supplying power to the tested product and completing the testing tasks. At the same time, it can control the action needs of each cylinder in the testing line.
6. Display the main interface
1) During the production process, it should be possible to display data such as the current model, quantity produced, specification values, measured values, and the number of defects produced.
2) The interface operation should be simple and easy to understand, and the switching between interfaces should be reasonable.
7. When testing products with equipment fixtures, installation is convenient, safety protection is reliable, and the equipment color sheet metal paint is milky white.
8. The device's power input and output are displayed digitally for easy reading.

5、 Acceptance of equipment
1. The initial acceptance of the equipment shall be conducted at the seller's factory, and the required components for acceptance shall be provided by the buyer. The acceptance contents include: test items, test accuracy, test repeatability accuracy, safety, completeness of document provision, appearance, smooth operation, and completeness of spare parts.
2.1 Safety Qualification Determination: Safety standards that comply with the national standards of the People's Republic of China
2.2 The main electrical control box should be equipped with a leakage switch and well grounded. In addition, it is required that the grounding devices have good grounding effect.
2.3 The components used comply with the requirements.
2.4 Wiring terminals and adapter terminals should be securely and reliably connected
2.5 External cables should have necessary protective covers to avoid damage to the circuit caused by external factors.
2.6 Production Capacity:
1) Automatic detection of all items requires a one-time correct judgment of whether the product is good or not, and cannot be repeated.
2) The specifications and quality of the processed workpiece meet the testing capabilities specified in the current process documents of Party A.
3) Cycle time measurement: The average time for continuous production and processing of 10 workpieces, starting from the first workpiece input.
3. Equipment stability
1) Voltage withstand test: Repeated measurements of standard workpieces with a measurement deviation within ± 5%.
2) Electrical parameter meter test: The standard workpiece is repeatedly measured, and the measurement deviation is within 0.5%. The average value of 10 measurements is taken as the benchmark.
Qualification assessment: All actions are normal, and the measurement accuracy meets the requirements of the above-mentioned devices.
4. Acceptance steps
1. Qualification judgment: 1) The equipment color should be the same as the color palette provided by the factory.
2) The device has no obvious collision marks or scratches.
3) The equipment is painted firmly without any peeling phenomenon.
4) The surface of the equipment is smooth and free of uneven foreign objects.
2. Host and random accessory inspection: The random files and data list are fully equipped

8. After the equipment is transported to the buyer's site, Party A shall assist Party B in installing and debugging the equipment, and Party B shall bear all expenses during the installation and debugging process.
9. Debugging period: 3 days
6、 Technical training
1. The seller is responsible for providing guidance to the buyer's operators during the installation and commissioning process, including equipment operation, inspection, maintenance, upkeep, repair, and other aspects.
2. The equipment manufacturer is responsible for training two maintenance personnel for one day at the buyer's factory. The training content includes the overall structure of the equipment, the functions of each part, electrical principles, etc.
3. If there are any problems during the use of the equipment, the equipment manufacturer should provide necessary technical support.
