1、 Product Overview
The SCYG317 series non cavity pressure sensor adopts SOI silicon micro melting process, and the front end adopts 17-4PHT non cavity measuring diaphragm. The product is resistant to high temperature, has small temperature drift, strong anti-interference, high stability, and wear resistance, especially suitable for media with high viscosity and high temperature. Suitable for various measurement and control scenarios such as fluid conveying equipment and food processing.
This series of products is mainly used for pressure measurement of dispensing machines and can be directly connected to computer interface cards, control instruments, intelligent instruments, or PLCs to achieve fluid measurement and control. Stainless steel sealed structure, small size and light weight. Easy and simple installation, anti-interference, and strong impact resistance.

5、 Installation and precautions
Sealing method:
A: Threaded rear end seal
B: Recommended use of sealing ring: The size of the sealing ring corresponds to the size of the street groove for installation, and the material is hydrogenated nitrile or determined according to the medium.
Installation precautions:
A: This product is installed directly on the pipeline (or container wall) using a threaded interface. When installing, an appropriate specification O-ring end face seal should be added to the threaded rear end. And the flat film sensing head at the threaded front end of the pressure sensor without a cavity cannot touch the front end and edge wall of the installation part. Otherwise, it will affect the performance of the sensor and may cause installation damage.
B: If the sensor is found to have no output or abnormal output after installation, please check:
1. Carefully check the inner hole size and depth of the threaded installation street to ensure they match the corresponding non cavity pressure sensor;
2. Whether the electrical connections are accurate and reliable;
3. Whether the power supply voltage is too low and whether the load resistance is too high.
