1、 Application of heat transfer oil heating vacuum drying oven:
Thermal oil heating vacuum drying oven is widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemical engineering, pharmaceuticals, food, light industry, plastics, scientific research and education for low-temperature or high-temperature drying and baking. It has the advantages of fast drying speed, low pollution, and no damage to the internal quality of the items that need to be dried. It is an environmentally friendly and green drying equipment that meets GMP requirements.
2、 Working principle of heat transfer oil heating vacuum drying oven:
Thermal oil heating vacuum drying oven is used to dry materials that need to be dried under vacuum conditions. It uses a vacuum pump to extract moisture and air, creating a vacuum state or near vacuum state in the working chamber, thereby reducing the boiling point of water, and using some heating measures (temperature can be controlled to prevent extreme temperatures that some materials cannot withstand) to accelerate the drying speed. Install an airflow splitter at the inlet of the oven to prevent direct contact between the airflow entering the oven and the material. The heating rack inside the oven is movable and can be quickly removed for cleaning internal residues.
3、 Characteristics of Thermal Oil Heating Vacuum Drying Cabinet:
The vacuum drying oven is designed with a flow-through drying rack, which utilizes the principle of hot air rising to fully utilize the heat conduction of each layer of drying rack tubes. It can achieve a higher drying rate at lower temperatures and fully utilize heat. It is mainly suitable for drying heat sensitive materials, materials containing solvents, and materials that need to be recovered. Disinfection treatment can be carried out before drying, and no impurities are mixed in during the drying process. This dryer belongs to a static vacuum dryer and will not damage the formation of dried materials.
Its biggest feature is to raise the heat transfer oil of the heating oil station to the required temperature in advance, with stable constant temperature performance, long insulation time, and small temperature difference.
Install one airflow splitter at the inlet of the box to prevent direct contact between the airflow entering the oven and the material.
All four corners inside the box are made of smooth R-corners, with arched shapes on top and bottom, without burrs or unevenness.
This equipment mainly consists of a drying box, a thermal oil refueling station, a thermal oil pump, a heating system, electrical control, and other parts.
