Inbound/outbound management: During inbound/outbound operations, the warehouse manager checks and counts each item based on the order list. After passing the inspection, the item is handed over to the warehouse keeper for delivery to the warehouse. When the goods pass through the fixed reader/writer, the in/out information is registered, and then the in/out information is uploaded to the host for comparison with the pre outbound order.

Real time inventory: Quickly search for goods using handheld data collection terminals for data collection, such as item labels, shelf placement, item quantities, etc. The system can automatically generate or manually select an inventory task table based on pre-set product classifications for inventory operations. The inventory operation mainly scans product labels and corresponding warehouse location information. After the data is uploaded, the system will automatically list the products that have been stored and those that have not, and perform operations such as inventory gain and loss according to demand.

Logistics management: used to track and locate the location, status, and other information of the product transportation process. When the item is loaded onto the supply vehicle, the system reads the tag, confirms that the item has been loaded onto the correct vehicle, and sends this information to the software to update the ordering status. Then, the software connects each ID number to the items on the loading list. If the vehicle loads the wrong goods, an alarm will be triggered. If a batch of goods in the vehicle is lost, an alarm will also be triggered.
