Product Introduction: The instrument consists of several parts, including an injector, a cracking furnace, a UV lamp (imported), a reaction chamber, a photoelectric converter (imported), a microcurrent amplifier, and a data processing system. After the sample is introduced into the high-temperature cracking reactor, it is mixed with oxygen and burned. The sulfur element is quantitatively converted into SO2, which is carried by the carrier gas and dehydrated by the dryer before entering the reaction chamber. Here, it is excited by SO2 * under specific wavelength ultraviolet light irradiation. When SO2 * returns to the ground state, it emits photons (weak fluorescence), which are received by a photomultiplier tube and amplified by a microcurrent amplifier. The data processing system converts and displays a signal proportional to the luminescence intensity. The total sulfur content of the sample can be determined by measuring the intensity of the emitted fluorescence.

The UV fluorescence sulfur analyzer has a wide range of applications and is suitable for determining the total sulfur content in stable light hydrocarbons, light oils, or heavy oils;
