1. UVD-680-1 UV detector (high-performance dual beam)

(Wavelength range: 254nm, 280nm-400nm. Rotate the dial to change the wavelength, and up to 6 filters can be selected.)

Users can configure external data processing and connect two UVD-680-1 dual channel chromatography workstations simultaneously.

Application scope of UV detector

High performance dual beam UV detector, used for separation, analysis, and flow detection of proteins, enzymes, nucleic acids, nucleotides, peptides, (with/without aromatic amino acids), and any other biological/non biological samples with UV absorption.

1. Light source: UV spectral lamp, mercury lamp light source with a service life of up to 10000 hours (equivalent to AKT brand light source abroad), the instrument can work continuously without shutting down;

2. Receiver: Dual photodiodes;

4. Digital display: directly display absorbance;

5. Band width: 8nm;

6. Baseline noise: ≤± 1.0 × 10-4AU;

7. Baseline drift: The instrument adopts a dual beam detection principle to solve the baseline drift caused by changes in temperature and humidity,

The drift coefficient is: ≤± 1.0 × 10-3AU/hr;

8. Minimum detection limit: 1 × 10-8g/ml; (Methanol solution of naphthalene)

9. Sample cell: Volume: 70ul Optical path: 3mm
