1、 Characteristics of vacuum vacuum vacuum forming machine:

2、 Workflow:

Install the mold - clamp the plastic sheet or board in the clip frame - move the heating electric furnace above the plastic sheet - heat the plastic - soften the plastic - end the heating time - move the electric furnace to another working position to heat the plastic - at the same time, the mold at the original heating position rises and seals the softened plastic - evacuate - the plastic is tightly attached to the mold - blow air to cool - blow air out of the mold to separate the hardened plastic from the mold - lower the mold - open the clip frame - take out the product.
