Rich bending shapes: equipped with rolling O-shaped, U-shaped, multi segment R, and auxiliary cone device, capable of rolling a certain range of cone tubes.
O-shaped bending: rear bending method;
U-shaped bending: forward bending method;

Performance characteristics:

The upper roller can move vertically or horizontally, and has dual functions of pre bending and coiling.

The upper roller has a drum shape, and a support roller is added to the lower roller. By adjusting the support roller, high-precision products ranging from thin plates to thick plates can be rolled to achieve NC control. One person manipulation, simple and reliable, greatly improves efficiency.

Add a cone rolling device to achieve the rolling of parts with large taper angles.

The vertical and horizontal displacements of the upper roller are displayed digitally, with displacement settings that are eye-catching and intuitive.
