Application of W9-26 High Temperature Centrifugal Fan:

The W9-26 high-temperature centrifugal fan is suitable for transporting non corrosive, non self igniting, and high-temperature gases with a maximum temperature not exceeding 700 ℃. The dust and hard particles contained in the medium should not exceed 150 mg/㎡.

Structure of W9-26 High Temperature Centrifugal Fan:
The fan is composed of impeller, casing, air inlet, transmission group and other components, and is equipped with regulating door.

1. The impeller has 12 forward curved blades. After forming, the impeller undergoes dynamic, static balance, and overspeed tests to ensure smooth, safe, and reliable operation.

2. The air inlet has a convergent streamlined overall structure and is bolted to the front cover assembly.

3. The casing is made of low-alloy steel plate to form a spiral body

4. The transmission group consists of a main shaft, a water-cooled bearing box, a coupling, etc. The main shaft is made of high-quality alloy steel, and the bearing box is an integral water-cooled structure.

Type W9-26 High Temperature Centrifugal Fan Form:

1. This series of fans is a single suction type, with three machine numbers including 5, 8, and 12.5. The fan transmission modes are C, D, and F.

2. This series of fans can be made in two forms: right-handed and left-handed. When viewed from one end of the motor and the impeller rotates clockwise, it is called a right-handed rotating fan, represented by "right"; Rotate counterclockwise to form a left rotating fan, indicated by "left".

3. The position of the fan outlet is represented by the angle of the casing outlet, and both "left" and "right" can be made into 6 angles: 0 °, 45 °, 90 °, 135 °, 180 °, and 225 °.
