The WDW-50E microcomputer controlled electronic universal testing machine is a new generation of dual space microcomputer controlled electronic universal testing machine designed specifically for higher education institutions and research institutes. The design of the main unit and accessories of the testing machine draws on advanced technology from Shimadzu, Japan. It has a beautiful appearance, easy operation, and stable and reliable performance. The computer system controls the servo motor to rotate through a digital controller and a speed regulation system. After being decelerated by a reduction system, it drives the moving crossbeam to rise and fall through a precision screw pair, completing various mechanical performance tests such as tension, compression, bending, and shearing of the sample. It is pollution-free, low noise, high efficiency, and has a very wide speed regulation range and crossbeam movement distance. In addition, it is equipped with a variety of test attachments, which have a very broad application prospect in the mechanical performance testing of metal, non-metal, composite materials and products. This machine is widely used for material inspection and analysis in industries such as building materials, aerospace, machinery manufacturing, wires and cables, rubber and plastics, textiles, household appliances, etc. It is an ideal testing equipment for scientific research institutions, colleges and universities, industrial and mining enterprises, technical supervision, commercial inspection and arbitration departments.
The WDW-50E microcomputer controlled electronic universal testing machine adopts a high-precision and stable fully digital servo speed control system and servo motor as the driving system. The fully digital controller is the core of the control system, and the control and data processing software with Windows as the operating interface realizes the screen display of test force, peak test force, beam displacement, test deformation and test curve. All test operations can be automatically completed on the computer through the mouse. Good humanized design makes the experimental operation more convenient. Based on the above technologies, this machine can achieve almost perfect closed-loop control of parameters such as test force and displacement, and can realize control modes such as constant stress and constant displacement, with smooth switching between various control modes.
