The vertical shell of the WDW-T2 single column desktop microcomputer controlled electronic universal testing machine adopts aluminum profiles, and the driving and transmission parts are placed at the bottom of the machine and covered with silver and gold pieces.

The force application framework consists of ball screw pairs and columns, with the guiding part using linear bearings to ensure smooth and vibration free operation of the crossbeam test process, and high coaxiality.

The deceleration part adopts precision imported reducers and synchronous belt reducers. The whole machine has high rigidity, low noise, and no reverse clearance. It can be subjected to tensile, compression, and cyclic loading tests in the range of 0 to 500N, IkN, and 2kN.

The control part is attached to the right side of the host and equipped with control buttons. It can be used to operate the host, start or stop the test, and set relevant parameters such as loading speed, sample diameter, and beam return speed, making the operation flexible and convenient.
