The WDW microcomputer controlled packaging box pressure testing machine can be divided into several models: WDW-10, WDW-20, WDW-50, and WDW-100. The machine adopts advanced design concepts, with beautiful appearance, easy operation, stable and reliable performance. The computer uses the fully digital control system (PCI card) developed by our company, directly controls the servo speed control system and servo motor rotation. The speed of the AC servo motor is reduced by the deceleration system and transmitted to the precision ball screw pair to achieve actions such as raising, lowering, and testing of the crossbeam, completing mechanical performance tests such as tensile and compressive testing of the sample. This testing machine meets the requirements of GB/T16491-2008 "Electronic Universal Testing Machines" and JJG-1986 "Verification Regulations for Electronic Universal Testing Machines"; Scope of use: The testing requirements for cardboard boxes in the SN/T0262-93 "Inspection Regulations for Corrugated Paper Boxes in Export Commodity Transport Packaging" GB/T4857.4-92 "Pressure Test Methods for Packaging and Transport Packages" standard.
