The WQ submersible non clogging sewage pump is currently an ideal drainage equipment in China. It is a pump product developed based on the characteristics of domestic water pumps and has significant energy-saving effects, anti entanglement, non clogging, automatic installation, and automatic control. It has a unique effect in the discharge of solid particles and long fiber waste.
The WQ submersible non clogging sewage pump adopts stainless steel impellers and advanced mechanical sealing devices in China, which can effectively transport solid substances and long fibers. The pump adopts a swirl type downward suction structure, which is not afraid of blockage, wear-resistant, reliable in operation, easy to maintain, thorough in drainage, and has a wide range of applications. Compared with traditional impellers, the impeller of this pump adopts a single or double channel form, which is similar to a curved pipe with the same cross-sectional size and has very good flow capacity. Coupled with a reasonable volute chamber, the pump has high efficiency and the impeller has undergone dynamic and static balance tests, making the pump operate without vibration.

Product Usage:

Especially for non clogging sewage pumps, they can discharge impurities with a specific gravity of about 25% and a particle diameter of 18mm in the liquid, without clogging or entanglement.
