Wet electrostatic decoiler, belonging to the field of chemical equipment technology, is used to reduce gas temperature while removing coke. It consists of a cylinder, a corona wire, a coke capturing tube, and a partition. Its improvement is that multiple layers of water flow guide plates are horizontally placed in the coke capturing tube area inside the cylinder. The guide plates are distributed with the same number of circular holes as the coke capturing tubes, and the circular holes of the multi-layer guide plates are concentric and pass through. The diameter of the circular holes is larger than the outer diameter of the coke capturing tubes. Each coke capturing tube passes through multiple layers of guide plates. The upper part of the cylinder has an inlet, and the lower part of the cylinder has an outlet. Using this structure of electrostatic defocusing device, circulating water enters from the outside of the cylinder through a water flow guide plate and flows down from the outer wall of the tube to form a water film. This water film wraps around the coke capturing tube, and the gas and water exchange heat through the heat conduction effect of the outer wall of the tube to achieve the goal of reducing the gas temperature. This achieves the static defocusing of the generator gas while cooling, which not only reduces the gas temperature but also improves the efficiency of defocusing.
