Silencing and Vibration Isolation: Fiber fabrics and insulation cotton themselves have the functions of sound absorption and vibration isolation, which can effectively reduce the noise and vibration of systems such as boilers and fans.
No thrust: Due to the main material being fiber fabric, there is no force transmission, and the use of non-metallic expansion joints can simplify the design.
High temperature and corrosion resistance: The fluoroplastics and organosilicon materials used have good properties such as high temperature and corrosion resistance.
Good sealing performance: It has good sealing performance under various media. Low price: 1/2 to 1/3 of imported similar products. Easy installation and maintenance.
Product Features
The rectangular air duct fiber fabric compensator can compensate for axial, transverse, and angular directions, and has the characteristics of no thrust, simplified support design, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, noise reduction, etc. It is particularly suitable for hot air ducts and smoke ducts.
1. The flange bolts should be gradually and evenly tightened with pressure, and the tightness of all screw bolts should be as consistent as possible. In harsh usage conditions, weak spring coils can be added in addition to flat pads to prevent nut loosening.
2. The corresponding rubber asbestos gasket should be selected between the compensator and the matching flat welding flange according to the working temperature.
3. During the trial, the limit screw of the compensator should be adjusted appropriately to facilitate product extension or compression.
4. When connecting welded pipes, the limit screws should be loosened appropriately to prevent bending of the compensator limit plate or deformation of the product.
5. Cover the rubber (fabric) surface with a cover during welding operations to prevent welding slag from damaging the product.
