1. Overview of XBDZ Wall mounted Axial Flow Fan
The impeller of the XBDZ wall mounted axial fan adopts a wide blade with a large chord length, space distortion, and inclined blade shape, which can achieve the required air volume and pressure at low speeds and reduce fan noise. The outer layer of the fan casing is square, the inner layer is a porous sound-absorbing plate, and the interlayer is sound-absorbing cotton, which can further reduce fan noise. The fan is installed inside the wall, and aluminum alloy rainproof louvers are installed on the side against the wall to prevent outdoor rainwater and natural wind from flowing back into the room.
1.2. Fans can be divided into Type A and Type B according to the different motors. Type A is a regular motor with a fan impeller diameter of 250~710mm, a total of 10 specifications, and each specification has 4 blades. The air volume is 600~15000m3/h, and the air pressure is 40~160Pa. Type B is an external rotor motor with lower noise and weight. There are 9 specifications of fan impeller diameters ranging from 250~630mm, and each specification has 5 blades, with an air volume of 900~10000m3/h and an air pressure of 25~210Pa.
1.3. According to different requirements of the usage environment, A-type fans can be made into BXBDZ explosion-proof axial flow fans, which can be used in non corrosive places containing flammable and explosive gases, with an explosion-proof rating of EXDllBT4.

Working power supply: three-phase, 380V/50Hz (low-power fans can be made into single-phase 220V, please specify when ordering).

Fan impeller: The XBDZ-A cross is made of steel stamped and formed by hydraulic pressure. The blades are made of aluminum alloy stamped and formed by hydraulic pressure. The blades are assembled by riveting with the cross. The XBDZ-B blades are directly connected to the motor. The impeller has undergone static and dynamic balance correction, and the balance accuracy is not greater than G5.6 level.
