When receiving the product, please check if the packaging is intact and verify if the transmitter model and specifications match the product you have purchased;
2. During the warranty period, if the product undergoes technical testing by our factory, it is considered a quality issue. Our company will bear all repair costs and round-trip shipping fees;
3. Please be sure to clean up any residual media before returning, especially substances that are harmful to human health, such as corrosive, toxic, carcinogenic, or radioactive substances;
4. Please keep the warranty card and qualification card, and return them together with the product during repair;
5. The warranty does not include: artificial damage, application beyond product calibration parameters.
