The XMJA-8000 series intelligent flow integrator produced by our company adopts self-developed and commissioned Japanese integrated circuit manufacturers to customize and produce specialized integrated circuits, forming an intelligent instrument with microprocessor as the core. It gathers most of the functions of various flow calculation instruments in current automatic control systems, and is supplemented by a software system that draws on the strengths of others, carefully compiles, and repeatedly debugs, making this instrument unique in the following aspects:
1. The hardware of the instrument has been significantly reduced, and the composition structure of the system is relatively simple. Within the scope of user application, multiple input signals can be switched freely. Adopting optimized design, the process has been significantly improved, without flying wires or adjusting potentiometers. All calibration and function settings can be completed by software through the keyboard.
2. Up to four alarm outputs can be set, with more than ten alarm methods and monitoring of alarm parameters.
3. Two display windows, with a four digit display window displaying instantaneous flow values and a six digit display of accumulated values. The actual effective accumulated value is seven digits, or it can be displayed as a nine digit accumulator. The P-type also has a dual reset function of external reset and internal reset, which can be viewed by setting the conversion coefficient.
4. Any complex control, regulation, alarm, output and other functions can be easily operated by the instrument operator. After setting, they are password protected to make it a foolproof instrument, and the on-site operator will not be able to modify the locked parameters. It is even possible to prevent operators from viewing. Four categories and nearly a hundred levels of anti-interference modes set by users themselves can adapt to various environmental interference sources.
5. Two optional D/A output ports can be added to optically isolate the process variables and ensure the safety and reliability of the controlled system. But providing two constant voltage sources of 5V or 24V output can meet the needs of most auxiliary functions.
6. This instrument can also be equipped with two time timers, which can control the alarm time, output time and other parameters at a fixed time, and can even be made into a simple batch controller.
Therefore, compared with ordinary control flow meters, this instrument has a significant improvement and breakthrough in various functional levels. Its reliability and stability are comparable to price, and it is more suitable for the national conditions, which is of great significance for replacing imports.

Working principle/working principle-----------------------------------------------------------◆◆

The XMJA-8000 intelligent flow integrator consists of four parts: measurement circuit, digital panel meter, regulator, and power supply. The regulated power supply converts 220V mains power into a stable DC voltage for other parts of the power supply. The measurement circuit processes the signals (voltage, current, etc.) sent by the flow transmitter and converts them into voltage signals. After A/D conversion, the signal is sent to the JC-588 dedicated central processing unit for processing. It not only needs to be sent to the digital panel table, but also to the regulator. After comparing with the set value, the regulator outputs a control or alarm signal according to the adjustment rule. Working principle diagram:
