This product adopts a regular arrangement of multiple diamond particles/strips sintered in an alloy matrix, fixed on the blade body. It is a specialized grinding wheel dressing tool developed for imported and domestically produced CNC grinders and ultra precision grinders. This product undergoes professional cutting, grinding, and polishing processes to first process diamonds into special long strips (specific dimensions refer to below). Each diamond pen uses multiple high-quality diamond strips arranged in a diamond shape and uniformly sintered in an alloy matrix, fixed on the blade body. Grind it precisely to the required angle and radius R angle. Suitable for fine dressing of grinding wheels, especially suitable for CNC grinding machines with constant and continuous feed grinding and dressing of grinding wheels.

There are circular and square shapes in appearance, which do not require grinding or refurbishment during use, improving the utilization rate of diamonds. Due to its multi-point design, multiple diamond particles can participate in the dressing process simultaneously, ensuring the accuracy of grinding wheel dressing. It is the preferred product for wide surface grinding wheels. It has its own unique features when used on grinding machines for repairing certain special shapes of grinding wheels.
