I. Overview

The Y series motor is a general purpose fully enclosed self fan cooled squirrel cage three-phase asynchronous motor. The installation size and power level comply with IEC standards, the enclosure protection level is IP44, the cooling method is IC411, and the continuous working system (S1). Suitable for driving mechanical equipment without special requirements, such as machine tools, pumps, fans, compressors, mixers, transportation machinery, agricultural machinery, food machinery, etc.

The Y series electric motor has high efficiency, energy saving, high locked rotor torque, low noise, small vibration, and safe and reliable operation. Y80~315 motors comply with the technical specifications JB/T9616-1999 for Y series (IP44) three-phase asynchronous motors. The Y355 motor meets the technical specifications JB5274-91 for Y series (IP44) three-phase asynchronous motors. Y80~315 motors use B-grade insulation. Y355 motor adopts F-class insulation. The rated voltage is 380V and the rated frequency is 50Hz. The Y-connection method is used for power of 3kW and below; All other powers are connected in delta configuration. The altitude of the operating location of the electric motor shall not exceed 1000m; the ambient air temperature varies with the seasons, but shall not exceed 40 ℃; The minimum ambient air temperature is -15 ℃; The average maximum relative humidity of the wettest month is 90%; At the same time, the average minimum temperature for the month is not higher than 25 ℃.

The electric motor has one shaft extension, which can be made into double shaft extensions according to user needs. The second shaft extension can also transmit rated power, but can only be driven by a coupling.

According to user needs, other power, voltage, frequency, humid heat zone (TH), protection level and other electric motors can also be supplied.

2、 Ordering Notice

When placing an order, please specify the motor model, power, speed regulation, voltage, frequency, noise, and installation type. If the noise level is not specified, it will be supplied at level 2.

2. Belt drive is not allowed for 2-pole motors of 5.5kW and above, and 4-pole motors of 37kW and above.
