4.14. Main junction box:
The main junction box with frame number 63-355 is located on the top of the motor (viewed from the extension end of the motor shaft), and the outlet can be adjusted in four directions. However, when the outlet of the junction box with a height of 160 center and above faces back (toward the non shaft extension end), due to the influence of the lifting ring, it is necessary to lift the motor in place at the installation site, remove the lifting ring, open the junction box cover, loosen the connecting bolts between the junction box and the motor frame, and install the outlet of the junction box facing base note.
The standard configuration for the incoming line of the machine base 63-355 junction box is either rubber sheathed cable or steel pipe wiring. The motor junction box has excellent explosion-proof structural performance and high protection level, and has a large cavity for easy wiring. The incoming line is divided into rubber sheathed cable and steel pipe wiring. According to different starting requirements, one incoming line port (suitable for direct starting of the motor) and two incoming line ports (H250 and above are suitable for Y - △ starting of the motor) can be made respectively. Explosion proof gland (introduction device) or reserved threaded port can be selected according to special user requirements.
4.15. Auxiliary junction box:
Auxiliary junction box refers to the junction box for temperature measurement and heating strip. The auxiliary junction box with standard configuration shares the same cavity as the main junction box, but has a separate inlet. The standard configuration for inlet wiring is steel pipe wiring or rubber sheathed cables. If there are no requirements, steel pipe wiring is default, and an explosion-proof gland inlet can be optionally provided; Some machine base sizes can be equipped with independent heating (or temperature measurement) auxiliary junction boxes.
4.16. Temperature measuring and heating device:
Machine base sizes 160~355 can be equipped with heating belts or PTC temperature measurement (one of which is optional) according to user needs, or stator bearing temperature measurement devices and heating belts (optional configuration) can be set according to user needs.
