The battery squeezing and needle punching integrated machine is suitable for simulating the situation where various types of batteries are subjected to squeezing and needle punching during use, transportation, storage, or disposal of household waste. The test should be conducted at an ambient temperature of 20 ℃± 5 ℃. The battery with a thermocouple connected (the contact of the thermocouple is fixed on the large surface of the battery) should be placed in a fume hood, and a corrosion-resistant steel needle with a diameter of 2-8mm should be used to pierce the center position of the maximum surface of the battery at a speed of 10mm/s to 40mm/s.
